i have seen people going far in our company.

Manager endi..Vice Presidents ayyaru chala mandi. (BTW not financial company).

you need to have strong technical knowledge, or you need to be a domain expert...then you can survive well

Financial client lo kuda big positions ki no time lo grow ayina desi gallu ko kollalu unnaru. I've worked most part of my time in financial clients and I can tell lot of names you can find their Linkedln profiles.
