Seventeen candidates secured a margin greater than 50,000 with the highest being 1.18 lakh majority by TRS Siddipet candidate T Harish Rao. Way behind him was Aroori Ramesh (TRS) with 99,240 votes from Wardhanapeta.

The MIM's Mohd Moazam Khan (Bahadurpura) secured 82,518 votes and Akbaruddin Owaisi (Chan-drayangutta) got 80,264 votes.

The Congress winner with the highest margin was Jajala Surender from Yellareddy who won by 35,148 votes, followed by Anasuya Dansari from Mulug with 22,671 votes. Incidentally, only 10 Congress candidates won by more than 10,000 votes.

Among the 50 leaders with the highest majority, 44 were from the TRS, five from the MIM and one from the Congress.

About 24 outgoing MLAs from the dissolved Assembly failed to win this time, including 10 from the Congress. These included D K  Aruna, U Padmavati, A Revanth Reddy, Jana Reddy, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, Dr J Geetha Reddy, Chinna Reddy Gillela, T Ram Mohan Reddy, Donthi Madhava Reddy and Thatiparthi Jeevan Reddy. All of them lost to the TRS.

Fourteen TRS MLAs also lost the polls, four of them caretaker ministers — Jupally Krishna Rao, Azmeera Chandulal, Tum-mala Nageswara Rao and Patnam Mahender Reddy. The other TRS legislators who lost were Kova Laxmi, Jalagam Venkat Rao, Teegala Krishna Reddy, Putta Madhukar, Vemula Veeresham, Somarapu Satyanarayana, Chinta Prabhakar, Banoth Madan Lal, Kanakaiah Koram and Eanugu Ravinder Reddy.

Rural voters actually played key role in this election based on The Hindu stats article. I am not sure how far this is true but urban voters weren't too active and they did not vote as much as rural.
