best thing my friend did is some  open degree certificate koni 16 years chaesadu(this works only if your cousin is free for 1 year)

if your friend thinking this to get into EB2..better dont choose this route.. use the EB3 route only..

15 yrs education to no possible as far as i know. Bcom taruvata mCom laga unte 17 yrs and i know many ppl who did masters that way.
