as of now not many....konni companies inka construction phaselo unai...hcl is expected ...yes..as of now its only vjw and guntur...but next 5-10 yrslo aite NH5 between vjw and guntur will be all set and ready...there are a lot of multiplexes and shopping malls coming up

Amaravathi nuchi 4 lanes roads and ring roads vesthunnaru for guntur and vijaywada its like 25 mins drive  first phase mostly Govt building next Eductional hub and financial sez and sports Sez ani evo vunnnai ani complete kavali ante 15 to 20 years easy padathadi

you can buy any where btwn vardhi - nagarjuna univ....elanti plot and nh5ki enta dooram ane dani meeda depend avtadi...it should be somewhere around 15-30k
