Yeah, its a loan and sometimes You don't have to pay back. Its a loan where sometimes you don't have to pay interest and its a loan where no one asks you to pay EMI and its a loan which has flexibility and its a loan which if you are lucky, need not pay back at all....

free loan...more or less zero interest and even i fyo had to pay, you end up paying 3-4% interest .

Seriously man...ie government policies ni sarigga vadukunte masthu profit...few years back crop harvester konnam...usually adi 25 lakhs and we got it fot 13 lakhs after subsidy...two years vadukuni, oka 10 lakhs sampaichunude...tarvata ammesinam..
