They are not conservative enough so they become depressed. You need certain type of needs to be fulfilled to not be depressed. Starts with food, money, home and love. If these basic things are not there then it will lead to depression. Fair few people are drug addicts too. Most of them don’t make enough money to meet all their needs. They also have a dysfunctional marriage system. People in India more or less stick to one partner. Here everything is game. There is no marriage stability. Things like this will put a lot of emotional pressure on people. If they were a little more conservative then things wouldn’t be so bad. I have said this all along liberal attitudes lead to unbalanced personal lives.
