USA lo motham Artificial life. Starting lo exciting ga unna 2-3 years lo bore kottestadi.
Most of the people are frustrated. People express in different ways. Daily morning red signal daggara wait chestunte, signal paddaka 1 sec late chesina venakala vunnodu horn kodutune vuntadu. Close friends near by distance lo undaru. So daggarlo unna neighbours thono leka office colleagues thono gatherings avta untayi. So people miss closeness.

Inka family life. Pellam tho godavalu aithe india lo edo oka festival ki puttintiki veltadi kaabatti konchem relief dorukutadi, ikkada adi kuda undi saavadu. what you have explained is correlation, to add on to what you told

alanti symtoms unna vallu.. they should take a break and go back to india for a while and come back when their health improves

 the other part is, we in india are used to good health as a norm, either due to good food (food is very important as it allows important nutrients critical for maintaining proper health), ikkadiki vachina few years to nutritional deficiencies start avutaayi (Vitamin D), by the time you realize.. you are already into territory of anxiety..now add stress from work and immigration.. its  a perfect cocktail for disaster

best remedy is eat good food, get health checkup done frequently including psychiatric test (one can easily do them online these days)

first sign of depression, pessimism in everything and anything

key point that can help anyone... "understand yourselves and spend time on your thoughts and cultivate positive mindset".. positive mindset is outward in nature..hence loved by people in your presence.. they stand for you in bad time.. invest in good thought
