MLAs are directly elected by people, and so has that discretionary power to choose their leader, ani mathram spastanga undhi... I need to search up constitution to give you the rue/ schedule number.

As per constitution, Nakka chesindhi kuda correct ee antunna.

But, the way it is done (viceroy etc...) is wrong antunnaru janalu...that never looked like a democratic compulsion, it was archestated compulsion.
