if fed keeps its same tone and increase rates and trump doesn’t resolve trade war 2019= 2001 and 2019 >= 2007 and 2020 is a resssion 

If you’re such a confident and sure about this coming, you would have had shorted market. If you’re not and talking after happening is BS.

Fixed Deposits ekkada chesina better gane untadhi man. India banks also give good maturity rates but if you don’t take any risk you cannot grow in life. Just bank lo pedithe its like a dump it won’t go beyond. If you does that in land or business you are risking so the appreciation also depends on same level

You are right brother but india lo ippudu real estate lo or india bank lo FD pedthe malli future lo usa ki theesukosthe exchange rate tho and paper work tho big hassle. Ala ani usa lo kooda real estate lo pettalenu because contract job with visa. Completely in dilemma bro. Atu itu kakunda ayipoyindi life

Invest in US. You can also buy land on H1-B. same logic as India. If you are aware of Plano, TX area it used to be corn fields now they appreciated so well. I’m sure lot of cities in Us has same level of appreciation if not so much. It’s obvious. It only gets better so as your expenses.

I been shorting market since feb macha..... I doubled my short postions in june now going into jan to feb I have puts spreads 250/220 which I got them for $3 they are at $8 now will be holding till jan 2nd week and every friday I do puts expiring same day ...I am not talking after the math.
