One more thing...you are doing good in terms of investment/earning but if you are not spending money for yourself/your parents then you will repent when you age 35/40...

i am enjoying my own life bro......us lo ippati varuku chala mandi chudani places kuda visit chesanu.......last 2 yrs lo i spent nearly 10k for trips .......mid of nxt year mvng to india permanently.....so thinking how much cash i have....

you sell one of the property once you go back...so no need to worry on c@sh part...if u r going back permanently soon then investment was correct and u r in right direction...
