1 a teacher also have plenty of work to do teaching 25 kids for 8 hours so a single person can take care of 1 for 3 hours 

2 if the teacher is the only one passing knowledge to the kids then the kids genitors are not parent they are the owner of a bed and breakfast with 1 client
