Thullur lo kooda 23K residentail thakkuva levu. Thullur south/north lo peak unnayi rates.

West thullur lo kooda 22K least. Mainly bit lu levu kondaniki. anni 600/500 sq yars size lo unnayi..

300/360 sq yards evadu ammatam ledu.

Thulluru lite man as of today. Look only velagapudi, lingayapalem, Rayapudi, (for commercial), nelapadu (for gov zone), inavolu (for education)

If you really want affordable rates go to Nekallu, Neerukonda, Kuragallu, Nowluru. These are the real affordable areas to buy as of today.

@tacobell fan - assalu commerical area ante uddandarayinpalem lo invest cheyali. nuvvu cheppina areas lo ekkada chesina pedha difference undahdu..

Uddandarayuinpalem is the actual business center and complete village is given to singapore to develop. it is more like a singapore city.

Rates are already 40K plus.

This is all occupied by Singapore companies but ippudu rates nuvvu anukunnatu levu, wherever there is a real work (visual appeal) the rates are in demand. Uddandarayaunipalem revenue is very very small.

ippudu kuda idhe rates unnayi nenu cheppina revenues lo if you want. I took my cousin land in Inavolu for 13k (Oct 2018) and today it's 18-20k.

Rates are 40K man in uudandarayuinipalem. you can crosscheck .
