bcoz it has more scope and easier to access vjw or airport...thats the reason most of the 5 star hotels are fighting for land there...and capitallo its the widest road

i really doubt. Airport access can be easy anywhere (not like other end of CRDA) lot of parallel roads are coming so it doesn't really matter if you buy in seed access

if your measure of value based on Airport then it's a different story, undavalli lo unna vadiki other side of CRDA is too far at this rate.

You have to take risk. If they all reverse to this land pooling the plan is to convert it to green belt (means in their life they never make it commercial land and only restricted for agricultural usage). So you take the call and make an choice. Or make land acquisition since there are few farmers gave the land in-between so if land acquisition is in place then all of them assame
