Green Zone forever undadu kada.. ee term kakapote next term government marinappudu they will release the lands to the farmers again.. Also right in the middle of the capital they can't have a greenzone where farmers are still planting paddy fields.. Doesn't look good.. I don't think it is an option.. That is why they did not announce Penumaka, Undavalli and Tadepalli as greenzones even though they threatened to do it..

Just wait until the election is over and he is going to do land acquisition. Maybe Green belt avvadu because like I said half of them gave and majority of them are in favor to give. Land Acquisition for road extension no one can stop.

Yes for Road extension they can only take a few acres not the whole village.. Konchem seed access road ki dooram gaa village ki deggaraga teeskunte they can't take that land for road expansion.. I want to wait until the elections and buy.. Depending the government buying in Penumaka and Undavalli might be a much better deal.. I know people who are buying just in these two villages anticipating a government change.. It looks like YCP already promised these two villages that they will be exempt from land pooling or acquisition if they come to power.. let's see..

ippudu current market baga speed ga undi after high court notification is announced and CBN will inaugurate the bridge foundation before Feb 2nd week before the election notification ani huge talk so these two villages kastalu isn't big deal because there is no real face of these villages issue. They are too greedy to ask more compensation other than that there is no real reason behind them to not to agree for land pooling.

No, Rayapudi lo mostly assigned lands unnayi, meaning, gov gave land to SC/ST people for living which is now gone in Krishna river so they don't have physical land they only have documents. We are not supposed to do transactions with those lands unless we are from SC/ST. So nuvvu chuse land i am not sure if it belong to same category.

I am talking about Nowluru.. CRDA assigned plot after land pooling.. Right now inka plots development complete avvaledu.. Just map lo chudochu ante..

You are absolutely wrong man.

Those who got assigned lands from Govt and gave their lands in land pooling and in return Govt gave them 250sq yard commerical and 500sq yards residential which is contrary to those farmers who are not SC/ST/minorty who will get 1200sq yards residentials and 500sq yard commerical..

so once the SC/ST get lands from govt in return to land pooling, they have full freedom to sell it.

Govt passed GO that they can sell land . Again this is applicable only in the capital region.

other parts of AP assigned lands cannot be sold.

Again wrong. I made recent transaction from minority muslim guy. they sold it to me and we verified in CRDA.

bro, i'm talking about tribes. Rayapudi lo Firshermans and other tribes unnaru.  I don't think Muslim's in that area belong to SC/ST.
