అగ్రవర్ణాలకు 10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు: కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సంచలన నిర్ణయం

• ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల్లో వర్తించనున్న రిజర్వేషన్లు
• రేపు పార్లమెంటు ముందుకు రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్లు

కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సంచలన నిర్ణయాన్ని తీసుకుంది. అగ్రవర్ణాల్లోని పేదలకు 10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లను కేటాయించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు ప్రధాని మోదీ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన కేంద్ర కేబినెట్ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఎనిమిది లక్షల రూపాయల లోపు వార్షికాదాయం ఉన్నవారి కుటుంబాలకు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలు, విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తిస్తాయి. దీనికి సంబంధించిన రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్లును రేపు పార్లమెంటులో ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నారు. లోక్ సభ ఎన్నికలు సమీపిస్తున్న తరుణంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం ప్రాధాన్యతను సంతరించుకుంది. మరోవైపు, అగ్రవర్ణాల్లోని పేదలకు రిజర్వేషన్లను కల్పించాలనే డిమాండ్లు ఎప్పటి నుంచో ఉన్నాయి

భారతదేశం అనే దేశం ఈ భూమ్మీద ఉన్నంతవరకు రిజర్వేషన్లు తొలగించడం ఆ బ్రహ్మదేవుడి తరం కాదు. కాబట్టి ప్రతి కులం రిజర్వేషన్ల కోసం పోరాడి సాధించుకోవాలి.

అగ్రవర్ణాలకు 10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లను కల్పిస్తూ మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం చారిత్రక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఈరోజు మధ్యాహ్నం జరిగిన కేంద్ర కేబినెట్ సమావేశంలో ఈ ప్రతిపాదనకు ఆమోదముద్ర లభించింది. దీనికి సబంధించిన రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్లును రేపు లోక్ సభలో ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నారు.

10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు పొందే కుటుంబాలకు నిబంధనలు ఇవే:

• సంవత్సర ఆదాయం రూ. 8 లక్షల కంటే తక్కువగా ఉండాలి. 
• వ్యవసాయ భూమి 5 ఎకరాల కంటే తక్కువగా ఉండాలి.
• సొంత ఇల్లు 1,000 చదరపు అడుగుల కంటే తక్కువలో ఉండాలి.
• మునిసిపాలిటీ పరిధిలో వుండే నివాస స్థలం అయితే కనుక 109 చదరపు గజాల లోపులో ఉండాలి. 
• మున్సిపాలిటీయేతర పరిధిలో అయితే కనుక 200 చదరపు గజాల లోపులో ఉండాలి.

I donot know how can one justify the reservations... Govt should come up with good schools and colleges for the poor and give a fair platform to compete... anthe gani anni reserved ante em labham... tucked up mentality..

it will go upto 60% which supreme court rejects... its jsut a political stunt...

ఆలా పెట్టగలిగితే అది ఇండియా ఎందుకవుద్ది ?

constitutional amendment cheste supreme court has no locus standi, SC can only interpret whats in law.. Modi vesina rod ki ela spandinchaalo teliyaka edavala istunna statement 50%

Can supreme court reject even if both the houses of parliament approves it with constitution amendment ?

అందుకే రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్ చేసి పార్లమెంటులో పెడతాడు. ఆటోమాటిగ్గా కాంగ్రెస్ & ఇతర పార్టీలు ఇరకాటంలో పడతాయి
