I think it will be much better if the government bans the caste system and reserve 60% to economically backward people. 

 

A system where Poorest gets opportunities easily while the richest have to struggle for government opportunities

A system where reservations are capped based on the number of kids (to control population) and discourage having more than 2-3 kids 

 

A system where any reservations are capped for one generation to give equal chances to everyone in the society

how can govt ban caste system? like it banned people driving on the wrong side of the road?
