You can redeem it for money. You can redeem only "travel" related charges 

 

for example, if you have 20000, when you try to redeem, it will list all travel related expenses. You can use one of those expenses and redeem. Once redeemed, you will see that money in your account.

I use it especially when I go to India, as there is no foreign transaction fee. And for rewards if you redeem for travel, I think you get 1.5 times.

BOFA Picha light.. I got a Chase Sapphire card last month for international travel.. Amazing vundhi card.. 
Airport VIP lounges lo free entry + you can spend like free $60 including 2 guests something ala restaurants lo + $300 reimburse chestaadu  that you spend.
