Hyderabad Real estate problem for Telangana people

One thing I observed in recent times, lots and lots of people from remote villages in India are migrating to US, earning fast and buying lands and homes  in Hyderabad and since everybody wants to get a share in Hyd the real estate inflation in Hyd increased drastically and the consequences are local middle class telangana people from Hyd  cannot afford a home and are still struggling to get a home spending thousands of rupees in rent and I have seen many in my circle of friends and family.

  To break this, TG govt should do something for local  TG people in Hyd to be able to afford a home or put restrictions on outsiders specially NRIs who earn easy money and try to buy land or homes in HYD. 

For this post, I know I will be criticized  but I don't care I still want to say it.

and you know what happenned.. real estate crashed by 50% in next few months. Already illu konna chaala mandi forclosures. Development aagipoyindi state lo.

chinese vallu chesina kampu adi. homes koni they were not even giving it for rents ( to sell for profits in short term ) . so there was housing shortage crisis. anduke they started taxing empty houses also.

majority dont pay taxes now on real estate profits.

hyd is just catching up to other metros in this rgd... housing is still very much affordable in Hyd. even in tier-2 cities like pune the apartment sq ft rates going as much as 10-12k, Hyd barely touched 6-8k even in the luxury grade

hyd is generating employment opportunities than ever before and naturally there is progression in  pay scales also

not just Hyd, holistic ga telangana rural la kuda 200%-400% appreciate ayinavi land rates post 2014. it's very hard to find Rs 20 lakh/acre in 100 mile radius of Hyd before 2014 the same lands very going for less than Rs 5 lakh
