Hyderabad Real estate problem for Telangana people

eventually they will have to follow Mumbai way, there they have something called MHADA, a govt arm which develops/builds apartments(literally thousands of them every year) and sell for a lot less than the ongoing market rates, obviously there is so much competition they conduct a lottery.

Any developing place will have this problem..When a lot of Indians are buying homes in US there are still a lot of locals who can't afford a home..Nothing can fix this issue.. Govt can build subsidized housing but they cant build for everybody..
