Hyderabad Real estate problem for Telangana people

This notion is completely wrong. Usually when a city booms, such things are part of it. 

Hyderabadis have always wanted a home with in the city cluster but that’s now possible now. Affordable housing is still available, but away from the cluster.

What Hyd is now experiencing is nothing but sheer growth. We are clocking a 10% growth. And growth has its side effects too. Incomes are rising and so are the housing costs. 

When someone feels rentals and home ownership costs are rising, they should compare it with similar counterparts in other metro cities. 

Living in cities is expensive.

Affordable housing kadutunnaru ga vayya konnukoleni vallaki double bed rooms apts. and they should increase the numbers in future.

hyd Realestate is still reachable to middle class unlike other metro cities. and vast land is available for Hyd to expand more. 

in next 20 yrs Hyderabad will generate more employment than the previous decade.

The govt should concentrate on infra in the next 10 yrs to accommodate the growing population.

ekkada affordable vayya minimum  80 Lakhs to 1C pedithe kani illu ostaledu ippudu....there are lots of Hyderabadis, who can't even  think to buy a home

I agree with you... no one can convince me that life and working in US is NOT easier than in India... they are not even comparable... there is a reason why everyone is scared of getting their visa rejected and them being so worried about it is the litmus test of it.
