Gym alone will not be enough bro. Its the combination of good diet and workout keeps you healthy and fit. Remember the saying "ABS are made is kitchen". 

Even bodybuilders need to take "Resistance starch" or low glycemic carbs such as brown rice, whole wheat, Sweet potatoes, Oats etc.,.
