This back side of kondapur.. no green area and usual myhome will construct hirise buildings. It will be little uneasy to travel to financial district. No wide roads in that area and a remote village

Lucky for who ever got in at that price.. It is now 7500/- .. 

44% appreciation as of today... Not sure how much the price will be when they will be ready in next 1-2 years.
