H4 EAD last September lo approve ayyindi and good or bad last April lo file chesina H1B ivaala approve ayyindi.

So ippude options em unnayi . H1 meeda atleast one pay check run cheyyala ?

H1B immediate gaa drop chesukovacha ?

In case H1B immediate gaa drop cheste, next time change of status (h4- h1) appude,  COS application CAP quota lo ki vastunda or  out of CAP ?

and next H1 -> H4 COS  apply chesi and next EAD file cheyyala or both H4 and EAD can file together   ?

I would rather suggest you revoke your h4-ead and continue on h1b...change of status will have no issues as it is same visa class...H class...

if your H1 is approved you are technically changed the status from EAD to H1. So you have no choice but to file taxes or re-apply EAD again.

One key point here is you have to wait until the H1 is fully approved when you change any of the status other than H1 to H1. For example, if you are on H4 and file H1, you cannot work on receipt until H1 is fully approved.
