cousin recent ga H1 to H4 status marindi , ippudu vere job offer vachindi... H1 transfer initiate chesi work start cheyocha ?

transfer receipt mida new company work cheyocha ....

and next H1 -> H4 COS  apply chesi and next EAD file cheyyala or both H4 and EAD can file together   ?
