Insurance with Mestri

currently having Insurance from mestri. they deduct the amount from my salary. 

Now mestri change avudam anukuntunna so new mestri simply saying continue with your existing insurance and we will pay for that ani.

So mestri change aiethe vaditho vunna insurance kuda cancel avutundha or else nenu own ga pay chesthu continue cheyyocha??

Mestri is someone who doesn’t know the meaning of HELP and ur expecting him to share such info. LOL

Legal complication gurthu rada when u pay money for ur jeebu?? When he takes money for hokatib.. 

once he is no longer his employer why will he pay the insurance ba??? Can you plz explain?

He doesnt pay you..YOu have to pay form your packet for CObra..

Employer fire chesi neeku vere job rakunte appudu employer cobra insurance provide cheyali but in your case you are chamging employer so your new employer’s company insurance ki ur eligible to get insurance. Kotha employer very small and asalu vadi company ki insurance edi ledu ante inka i don’t know. 

FYI, cobra insurance ki pay nuvve cheyyali and it is little expensive too but atleast it gives you a chance to enroll in middle of the year. Middle of the year lo bayata insurance companies enroll kanivavvu normally except for qualifying events.

He will not pay. You have to pay it out of your pocket for cobra. If you get a new job and that guy provides it then you have to cancel cobra.
