if your invesment is 3c for villa  .. first decide what are your preferred areas ?

1. nallaganda

2. tellapur

3. gachibowli

4. gopanapally  

5. or other side of old cities. 

most of these areas you will get villas for 3 c  excluding nallagandla  5cr for a villa. and gachibowli area there are no villas. 

apartment or highrise buildings  there are few good projects  aparna zenith, myhome mangala, aparna serene park, SMR vinay exotica, Aditya new ventures near hafeezpet and shaikpet.  - you would get a decent apartment for 1.5 cr budget.

1. Be extra careful when buying apartments that are just started. You will think you are getting them for a less price but Builder gaadu last lo bokka pettesthaadu. Examples kosam check  Lodha, Aliens Space Station etc.
2. Three crores budget ki Apts konadam waste.
3. Tellapur, Gopanapally etc offices ki daggaraga untayi but City ki , Train station ki, colleges ki dhooram. Nuvvu kani parents kaani Frequently traveling aithe consider that.

first Gachibowli anukunna but looks like now the prices are around 5C. I heard about this location Kismatpur with projects like Prestige Royal Woods, Ramky tranquillas. Is this is a good idea to invest 3C on villas in this location?

myhome bhooja apt chusa hitech city lo without interiors almost 2.25C paduthundi for 2500 sqft inka adi chusi villa best emo ani decide ayya

Buy Villas in Nanakramguda, kokapet, narsingi and machirevula if you can find any.. akkada anni 4c+ untay but of you keep searching, you may find some.. They are the next jubilee hills and banjara hills..
