ok, emergency ki vere fund maintain cheyali. easy sell ante apts better or land in prime area (50k per sqyd petti 200 sqyrds will cost u 1cr)

unless you want to live there.. don't buy villas/apts aa rates ki

buy plots (outskirts lo ORR - RRR madhyalo , max 15k) or agriculture lands or some garden land (between 12-15 L/acre city ki 50/60 kms radius lo)

 

if u really want some monthly returns - buy a land construct 2-3 floors and rent them (but india lo siblings or parents maintain chesela undaali)

or buy 1 apt (not >80L) & rent them (But apt rental waste)
