Been to both the ventures....Ramky inka koncham lopaliki untadi...and approaching road is not good for both (prestige is however little better). Until recent months that whole area was under Gram Panchayat...anduke no proper roads. But now it came under GHMC...so expect good wider roads in couple yrs for sure....appudu sky rocket avthai prices since this area is closer to Outer Ring road (APPA/TSPA exit).

oke property meedo motham cash invest cheyyaku bro.....Apartment aithe dont spend too much. First 5 yrs varaku you can see appreciation on apartments...later it wont....good areas lo rents and resale koncham easy. But open plots or lands aithe always it will appreciate.

For living purpose, you can buy gated apartment within 1cr - 1.25cr....remaining money tho buy any open plot even if it is little outskirts. Hyd is growing and it will keep growing. So ippudu anukunna so called ourskirts will be developed when you check back after 5yrs.

if we compare Hyd with other cities like Mumbai, B'lore and Delhi....those 3 cities expanded crazily. 

B'lore and Mysore is 140kms apart....but city expanded soo much that ppl say there is no end/start when you drive on highways.

Same case with Mumbai and Pune. 10 - 15yrs lo Hyd kuda anthe.....it will expanded for sure. 

India population anthe kada....1.25 billion and not even 1/3rd space of US or China.....and look US and China suburbs (major cities lo)...50+ miles lo kuda fully developed.

Did you know Hyd+secbad is already bigger than both Bangalore and Chennai areawise? Hyd expanded 30-40% areawise in the last 10 years alone

naku agriculture lands ante baaga interest bro purchase cheddam ani gattiga try chesina kani mari 25-30 lacs unnayi per acre manam mingalem ani fix ayina and also inkoti e lands ki loan ivvaru india lo so unna money tho villa ki down payment chesi loan pettukundam  oka dedication untadi expenses control lo untai. India pothe parents nathone untaru so konchem spacious and lift issues undav le villa aithe but chustha bro manchi 3 BHK apt unna ok le
