Pick a TV Series, set a rule that you are going to watch only one episode  and that too while working out on treadmill/elliptical

TV/Workout rondu parallel ga avutaayi

if you dont have Wifi in apartment gym/fitness center , download the episodes into netflix and then go

you can do this easily as you will be lost in watching and dont get tired or bored easily, essentially a biohack idea

Snow shovel ki heart attack ostadii because of hypoxia, winter lo summer lo same salman khan lekka battalu esukunte ela. Fully covered vundali, I suspect many desis don’t wear thermals. Car lo kurchune mundu car start chesi atleast oka 10-15 mins idling lo pettali before you drive off. 

First and foremost snow cleaning should be done gradually not all at a time, should take rests in between, once snow is cleaned, make sure you change clothes and put some dry ones on.

If you are in 20's hard exercises are ok.

but in 30's don't exercise much, only little workouts or stretching...no cardio only walking with breaks.

all types of food tinaale.

multivitamins supplements teeskovaale compulsary because of the GMO foods no vitamins reach your body it doesn't matter how organic the label is it is still GMO food in USA.

breathing is the key, you will slow down breathing unknowingly during cold weathers

breathing has the potential to heat you from inside, it keep the heart pumping

but more drinks and less sleep will make worse

em chesina thindi control lo undali..

night annam band chesi..oats or 2 chapatis or quinoa tinu..friday night edo 2 pegs veyuu..pegs tho patu bundi,kaaraa,mirchi , bonda ante kudaradu malli..salad stuff petuko

babu 80 %% is ur family history...all this diet plan,Protein shake is just waste

Day 1 - back, biceps ( 2types chalu) -- 20-30 min lo ayipoddi do 10 min walk for warmup

Day 2 - chest, triceps " ditto

Day 3 - shoulders, abs " ditto

Day 4 - Cardio high intensity 45 min****(Very important)

Rest 1-2 days and again same music

Day 1,2,3 dont over excercise just 2 types chey body strong avtundi only cardio ayite you will get bored ila mix cheste neeke interest vastadi

Eat white rice, chapathi, quinoa make it alternate or some routine make sure you have rice atleast 3-4 times in a week migata ne ishtam oka roju kavalante only eggs fruits tinu ala mix and match but don't eat too much of anything
