weights cheyyatam ante enti bhayya ne body lo unna fat taggi akkada muscle build avtundi anduke anna Day 4 cardio is very imp ani 45 min high intensity tho nu chestey adi fat burn chestadi and you rest for 3-4 days(rest ante migata set ani) and do it again

you start weights slowly ooo lepeyyakunda mellaga 5-10 lbs tho chey make sure weight takkuva ayina parledu but wrong cheyyoddu then do cardio as suggested within 1 month you will see the difference inka ne cheppakarledu nuvve chelaregutav😂

Cardio high intensity miss cheyakunte chalu nuvvu.....
