I have been to ongole, macharla and kurnool...local roads aitey parama kampu...sides matram malli nuvve ravali ani okdu...jai jagan anna ani okadu...pawan ravali palana marali ani okadu...pedda pedda flexi lu kattaru...chinna chinna towns lo roads cream biscuit...nandyala/macharla/ongole lo gunthal gunthal roads

I traveled a lot across the state this time.... The Reality is very much different ... Seems like they are going with YSRCP not because of government failure... They are saying CBN ki chance icham he did his part but they wanted to give Jagan a chance and see what he can do ....

1. Village roads motham panchayat raj funds tho vestune vunnaru...this started around 2000's and since then, pretty much most of the villages now have white top roads. food for work program which was a predecessor to the MNREGA scheme. Ie scheme kinda works chesina labor ki food grains ichevallu to create rural employment,. This is a nationwide scheme. Right now, there are barely any villages left without roads, at least entry and exit roads. However, roads between the villages have been connected by PMGSY, which will fund for only metal and bitumen topped single roads. This program has been in an active mode for the last two decades. 

Power supply has been now abundant in a country like India, which was 5 years back an unbelievable thing. most of the power exchanges now have excess power to be sold but there are no distribution companies which are willing to buy because they have excess. check out this link, As I'm typing this response, there is excess 9000 MW of electricity in the country available at various exchanges. http://vidyutpravah.in/
