Recently I had a site visit and they stressed the lines about pay and yearly bonus and beneifts. Luckily my employer though Desi is very transparent in terms if compliances.

The corporate president of three information technology firms in North Carolina has been sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for submitting false information as part of an H-1B visa fraud scheme.

Sairam Yeruva was charged with filing false and misleading information to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in support of at least 183 initial petitions and at least 100 H-1B extension petitions for high-skilled guestworkers. The visa petitions were submitted on behalf of Kronsys Inc., Cygtec Inc., and Arkstek Inc. The H-1B visa workers were supposed to be employed on “in-house” projects in Raleigh, N.C., and Aurora,...
