No issues. You can also get an MBA. If you are fulltime with a large firm, they may have reservations in good colleges. Look into it.

PHD needs a full time commitment at some point to get through the research credits, antha easy kaadu H1 vallaki to juggle with PhD while on a full time job.

Yes you can as in all cases your status doesn’t depend on 2nd masters or PhD . H1 pick kakapote appudu sevis you can transfer for second masters program to continue status.

You read my answer again nayina . Your second masters/ phd is no way related to your status unless you transfer sevis so you can study . To continue on f1 Incase your application is not picked for H1b lottery you have to transfer your sevis to university where you are pursuing new program to maintain or continue f1 status (opt kuda ayipote ).

Yes Join Phd program in summer and deny/pick  kakapote change sevis to new program and continue on F1 but out of country velthe F1 stamp chesukovali to re enter in case adi kuda expire ayite. i94 valid unte saripotundi as far as i know.
