Those who violated their status after August 9, 2018 should start counting the 180 days from  the date of the status violation, which will now be after February 5, 2019.

its not related to stamping man even if you are on h1 and previously violated day 1 cpt rule you are considered violator and feb 5th kalla ellipovali
