Don’t even look towards butterfly city....it’s a big hoax..   emi ledu..a rate ki akada konadam is foolish...before you buy , must and should go and look once...one of the most hyped place. Reality is different..

man tukkuguda exit surround tesuko12k-15k per sqyrd vastay . antha dooram poku. biscuit avtav. we have full clarity on tht area.

Vasundara layout lo okati 5k estha antunadu. Surroundings lo 10k antunaru. So alochisthunna fake kakunte teskovochu ani

Tukkuguda ante airport dhagare kadha bro. 10k is reasonable.

i went to amanagal past and saw some lands... they were good. 

kaluva tovvaru now.. and land prices have gone up

im thinkin to buy 2 acres in jhupalle area and about 350 yds in rachaloor area (near nishita engineering college)

buying is good i think.. but you do your research

I mulling over it...but KCR giving 10K per acre no...so incline towards buyin (not at 8L though...may be at 5L or 6 if multiple acres)
