how is british airways for parents travel

my parents visiting , british airways nice price 

how is transfer in london heathrow , will they have to change terminal , getting wheel chair option 

can speak english 

in chicago terminal 5 to terminal 3 transfer undi and  1 hour 50 minutes for immigration , baggage custom and transfer to terminal 3 and than checkin again 

any one  had travel exp with british airways

wont reccomend for parents..

BA crew is fcking racist..towards colored people...period. inka old people ante..they feel as if they dont speak english and mock..wantedly asking the sam question repeatedly..no matter how clearly they ask..

in airport..they have to do terminal change and need to catch a bus...

minneapolis , i am planning to fly to chicago and come back with them 

but only concerned about heathrow transfer , and also time of 1 hour 50 minutes for chicago transfer

If planning to go from chicago try Ethihad , Qatar or Emirates

but 1:50 hr layover would be too tight
