how is british airways for parents travel

BritishAirways matram vaddu bhayya. Flight from Hyd-London will always starts late and we will miss the connecting flight in London. They have to stay in hotel for 15-16hrs. It will be very difficult for them. I personally faced it two times. No communication till they reach US. In US airport (People at BA counter)  they don't tell you whether they boarded or not. 

200-300$ is not a matter when compare with the problem they face at London Airport. Once again I am telling...PLEASE DON'T BOOK BA TICKETS FOR PARENTS.

I agree... flight change deggara koncham kastam avthadhi.. delay ayyi conection miss aithe .. first time travelling parents ki koncham kastam avthundhi manage cheyyatam. papam vallaki chala varaku idea undadhu..

in chicago terminal 5 to terminal 3 transfer undi and  1 hour 50 minutes for immigration , baggage custom and transfer to terminal 3 and than checkin again 

any one  had travel exp with british airways
