neeku wfh option unte , should be ok , depends on what type of delivery it is , normal aithe they should recover in a few days , c-section aithe it depends on the person and energy levels , it may take from a few weeks to may be a month or two to completely return to normal and handle all day to day activities

basic ga enti ante , nuvvu work + intlo pani manage chesthe should be okay, nanny antunnavu kabatti it may take off some stress from you but mental ga prepare avvu and wfh/parental leave yemaine unte utilize, some companies giving 4-6 weeks now , check your company policies

TS, start looking for a nanny. Try to see if you can get the nanny started in the 9th month. Maybe you can employ the nanny for the next few months. As others have indicated it is a big change, but you will get used to it eventually.

Try to see if you can get work from home for the next few months. Wish you all the best

Here i have seen many couples where husbands dont even change diaper for the baby, so change the mindset from typical indian men to caring  and sharing work.
