If  a person is involved in corruption and they are charges pressed against him, how can he just escape with stay orders?

when CBN can get stay orders why didnt jagan get stay orders and why did he go to jail?

and during 2004-2014 CBN was not even in power. it is congress who is an enemy of CBN at that time couldn't get him in jail becuase he came out clean from all enquiry commissions.

if you still want to say CBN got stay orders and managing courts, I will rest my case here.
