Depends on which one you want.. 5 seater (Grand Cherokee) or 7 seater (Durango).  Both are owned by Fiat Chrysler. Both share same engines and components. As a brand, Jeep is in Premium segment compared to Dodge

Yeah it’s  not an issue of no of seats no specific thing like that — I saw price both are same in same range Cherokee upland and Durango GT.
