Enni years back ee client daggara contractor ga join ayyav. Non-compete enni years varaku rasukunnaru employer tho. Non-compete 2 years max  emo rasukuntaru employers i guess. nee client hr and attorney ki cheppu, now they r ur employer so they talk to ur old employer and settle things.

Also what if TS applied a job through internal posting and cleared the interview and got the FT ?? Appudu ela handle chestadu employer gaadu ?? 

Per say new job is complete new role with new manager and stuff ??

Same happened to a colleague. Employer won. Fine edo vesaru. He left FTE job and joined another client. Chala rojulu nadichindi case.
