This is not the socialist days of Nehru era. 

More over railways ki separate budget kuda ledu ipudu, locomotive factories and coach factiories have already been set up and no new plants will come up as we now have enough infrastructure to build many coaches and engines. 

Selarate railway zone la few hundred localized jobs create avochu kani kotlade antha scene ledu..
