Just try chiropractic and mental ga fix aipo. Yoga try chey baaa. Nenu 6 years nundi chronic pelvic pain tho suffer avthunna now it's part of my life.

Naku leg pain too much undhi brother 

pain radiates to lower back middle back 

and I feel sometimes what the heck is this

1 year back. Almost similar problem undey. Chiro tho 2 sessions. Mottam set aindi naaku

Ok... I fall down from steps/stairway  5-6 Steps m, had full backpain. Last week did x- ray and doctor said everything fine and gave some pain killers. Now feeling better but still had little back pain and leg pain.

Yeah bro I know that pain. Still I am dealing with this. Quality of life change avudhi.Try chiropractic first.

had severe backpain for some years , computer mundu koorcholedu konni months (studying) so mellaga pain poyindi , now I get some pain once in a while but not that severe

I think sitting in crappy chairs may be one of the causes for this pain

Home lo manchi chair meedha invest chesa , office chair is also good

Physio should help. In youtube there are videos to help with sciatica ( 2 old guys ) - McKenzie exercises. 

Yoga helps, but not when you have severe pain. 

I'M not sure chiro can help with disc bulge

These helped me. And also I made the following lifestyle changes

1. Standing desk.

2.Correct posture

3.stay hydrated

4.Check for vitamin d levels, get a multivitamin supplement

5.Physiotherapy/ if you cannot afford, exercise at your home for atleast 30 minutes

6. Try Mckenzie exercises, the most effective ones for back pain

7. These exercises benefited me personally a lot 

 

I learned about these all over 2 years of horrible back pain. 80% of my pain is already gone.

My 2 cents

1. Do-not go to chiropractors, useless and waste of money. I had disc bulge and went to them, wasted lots of money over a period of 2 years.. very ineffective.

2. Do-not try yoga. it might actually make things worse.
