Amma sarita garu, Aaa company lo 200-250 k vastundi min chepandi ?? Naku telisi 150k a Max even for experienced candidates, the company I work based near LA, with 5k employees, andulo Director of HR ki 165k undi, Sr,managers (IT)  ki around 150k with no bonus . I don’t know which companies gives 200k -250k salaries for FT. 

Nejam chepalanti manam chesi tokkalo IT jobs ki 250k lu avasrama? If I see those poor Americans working hard managing 2 jobs  in those Walmart/targets other min wage galu  just to live for basic life  more kasta padutaru mana kanti.

Don't compare ourselves with uneducated people. 

India lo me intikoche panimanishini chusi nennu baga sampadisthunanu anukovu kada, its our education has some respect. 

Compare with doctors or pharmacists, we get peanuts compared to them, they are the happy earners and get some respect to their profession. Mana IT di Prostitute bathuku, prathi vadini prathi dani 

ade client ni satisfy cheyali stating our own MNC manager till Client Boss. Evadu satisfy kakapoyina 

manaku tomorrow Job vundadhu. 

If you want to compare compare those with uneducated people with our mesthris who does nothing, nor investment on training nor paying any fees, they take every dollar on dot ....if you get 100, they happily make 20$ per hour and your extra hours also they make money on each and every candidate. 

now imagine the walmart  guy who is making per hour  10 - 12$ , who put his ass effort whole day standing and sweating. 

but our mesthris nice sitting in AC chair and collecting pay check, nothing much. Just you need to find the right candidates.

he has always maintained 50-100 employees every year. Worst case 15$ each candidate vesukonne( bec some tims valla billing koda cheparu candidates ki, so they take major cut in paycheck  like 30-40% saying we got job through our network, which is nothing but just forwarding the resume )  

15 * 50 employees * 2000 hours each yeaar =   1.5 Million = vadu taxlu avi dengesina..max 1 Million pocket ( Internal staff hardly he pays 30k -50k)  

Now think This desi mesthri business with that wallmart hardworing employees. 

and vella antah brathikedi majorily on Fake profiles of F1,OPT and apuday country lo kochina H1B.

Dont say they are doing favours, they are doing them selves favor and people are investing on them.

I dont know how much exp in IT sector you have no Indian MNC gives more than 140k .. 90%. 

200K from Endclient its like 125$ per hour for them. 

Even no consultant now a days getting 100$ per hour except some nichie skill, so why they give full timers 125k then what are you talking about.

 oka basu ne mate enduku kadanali ... almost 90% opt are genuine only 10% fake ...comapnies are hiring 90% in cmapus and just 10% are in consultants.

ps: 200-250k ma company lo VP’s ki istharu( excluding bonus). For IT guys noway. Maybe  in handful big companies like Netflix/fb/google. To get hired into them as FT you need to be exceptionally well. 

All others are avg batch like me in range of 80k-140k if doing FT.
