Masters quota valaki separate lottery with 20k or 50k applications, so Masters vallu and regular vallu mixed lottery system kadhu, chances of picking is more for Masters quota in this way.

I am glad that there is no reservation system basing on gender and caste for H1b approval/lottery. Who knows may be in future all political parties may promise that they will fight for reservations even in USA to get votes of family members.

2 times last time kuda undi , process reverse now so masters vallaki more chances to get picked up , I know many guys who struggled to get picked up in lottery and some left to Canada/did not get promotions , hopefully this will help , masters vallu deserve that extra benefit
