Are you NRI ? I heard NRIs are not eligible to buy farm land . Is it right ?

lahari lo anni eppudo soldout. na friend 12.5k meda tesukunnadu june lo. now 18k min resale available there. infact the land around there r hundreds of acres only belongs to lahari. lahari gave the land to some developers to develope as ventures. 

peram group undertake most of the lahari  and subhagruha, hiranandini, bhashyam  took some lands.

but there r no new ventures in that area now. all r soldout and its only resale available for 16-20k depends on the venture. the only new venture there is peram akshitha selling for 18-20k next to aparna (aparna lo 23-25k vunnay)
