his coaching skills are need on field rather than off field...

For the situation which is kind of no easy wicket it was OK but some singles could have been taken at least instead of refusing them altogether.. 

There was a easy two which was refused instead of trying for big hits and finding the flelders could have hit gaps for two would also have been good..

He is a smart and experienced player wicket keeper .. so we have to maintain him until the World Cup

what abt his field settings, and bowling inputs during the bowling..

vadu runs kottakapote vere vallu unnaru kottadaniki..but right field set and reading the batsman at crease and giving inputs to bowler is what we need...and no one better than Dhoni can do it...
