WHAT HAPPENS TO OLD I 140 when new I 140 approved?

also, what happens if I wanted to change job after my new i140 approved before 180days( meaning new employer could withdraw right, what happens then?)

am in a position to change job but not sure what are my options, my new i140 is in pending status, might get approved soon but worried on which i140 I can relay if I need to apply h1 transfer
