L1 related GC Job question

working for tcs 

salary 24L In Hyderabad 

position Deliveey Sr Manager 

got GC through EB1 with tcs in 2015

got new job offer:

MNC - Accenture

salary 40L in Hyderabad 

position Director 

 

Is it ok to jump or will my GC effected ?

If he worked min req level for GC after approval nothing will happen.. but Hyd la 40 lakhs vaste Inka GC enduku vaya... L1 ki ida anta salary iyyaru

first know what is GC ani.. u never resided in US and GC ela vasthundhiii .... if u applied via EB1, it means your i-140 approved under EB1 not that u got GC...

you have to be in US to claim that GC
