Ohhh my aunty I mean to say ROI... I bought for 4000 and now it’s 50k/yrs  4 years it won’t come down from there. But here rates are highly fluctuating depends on market a lot but in India it’s minimal affect.

Aunty citizen emannna septafdi oko uncle you think based on your situation about job and job security growth etc.. But if it is just ROI better to put it in India. If you want for living decide based on something. But now almost everything is in peak that’s y I invested longback now am getting fruits.

These are personal decisions evari thought process taginattu Vallu chestaru . I am on H1b and also consultant and keep moving places very frequently. I am planning on buying here . I saw property in India and also here finally decided to buy here . 

Last few years nunchi okka financial responsibility ledu wasting so much money  nenu anduke decided to buy .
